Custom Order Information

Every custom order is made specifically for you. Please review all design details, garment color, size, and customization before placing your order.

Because each custom item is created to your specifications, all custom order sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations on custom orders.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part (such as the wrong design, print, or garment being sent), please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

If you accidentally order the wrong size or change your mind after your order has been produced, refunds cannot be issued. However, at our discretion, we may offer a one-time remake or an exchange for another item of equal value when possible.
